Been sick since saturday, and on mc for 2 days, yesterday and today. Cos I was really sick, I missed attending my friends' engagement and wedding during the weekends. Hmmmph....
And boy, what luck.... Dearie thought of visiting me on that Saturday after zohor, but he has gotten activated. Some ns/reservist ting. So due to that, I missed seeing him that day.
Then, on Sunday, I thought I was better and could attend my friend's wedding. But around 11+, I felt all my energy drained away. My temperature, up. So feverish. I delayed taking my bath and lied down. I fell asleep on the sofa. Then at around 1pm, Dearie came!! Oh gosh, I had not even taken my bath. Haha. But Dearie, being the oh-so-sensitive guy that he is, did not make any remarks or comments regarding my messy/unfresh state. At that time, my younger sister had just on 'Little Man' DVD, so Dearie just simply sat with her and watched the show, while he took a cushion for me, placed it on his lap, and made me lie down there to sleep. Haha.... I was shivering, so he went to take my blanket, and found me socks for me to put on. I felt so pampered. And all the while when he was watching the show and I was 'sleeping', I could feel him playing with my hair and feeling my forehead, to check if my temperature is maintaining or going up. And every few minutes, he would make sure I drank plain water, especially if I was coughing. That was when he asked me, 'Girl you still wanna go out? You look so pale, and you are very weak, later you get more tired.' I was too sick to even think that I simply passed him my hp which was in my pocket and asked him to sms my fren. So ended up, we did not attend the wedding.
Then last night, after Dearie finished work, he took a cab back to Tampines, just to buy for me porridge for me to eat. I was so touched. Thanks Dearie for everything! Love ya....
Need to get more snooze now... The cough med doctor gave makes me real drowsy.... ZZZZZzzzz
